Discovery: $1,500
Two to three weeks of real work, not a sales call. We map who your hustle serves, what it has to do on day one, what it should never do, and where the money comes from. You leave with a written plan, a feature list, and a real price for the build. If you decide to walk away after this, the plan is still yours to keep.

Design
We design the screens people will actually use, starting with the one that makes you money. You see it and react to it before a line of code gets written, because changing a picture is cheap and changing a built app is not.

The build
We build on Laravel and React, a grown-up, boring-in-the-best-way stack. Your data lives in its own database, chosen per project, and your app gets its own dedicated server. We ship in pieces so you can see progress every week instead of waiting for a big reveal.

Launch
We put it live on your own server, wire up your domain and certificates, and walk you through running it. You get the keys to everything: the code, the server, the accounts.

Ongoing care
A monthly fee covers hosting, backups, security updates, monitoring, and a set of hands for the small changes that come up once real people start using the thing. Cancel whenever, and you keep everything.
Fair questions
Why does discovery cost money?
Because it produces something valuable: a plan detailed enough that anyone could build from it. Free discovery means rushed discovery, and rushed discovery is how projects double in price halfway through.
Why is the minimum build $5,000?
Below that we can't do it properly, meaning designed, tested, secured, and something you can grow into rather than throw away in a year.
What does a typical build cost?
Most side hustles land between $7,000 and $11,000, and we work to keep every build under $15,000. The goal is to make a real business affordable, not to max out your budget.
Do you vibe code apps?
No. Experienced engineers plan, design, and write your app. We use AI as a companion tool to skip repetitive busywork, which gives us roughly 10x the productivity and lets us pass those savings to you. You get real software built to last, not a mess you'll have to throw away.
What if I don't know what features I need?
That's normal, and it's what discovery is for. The estimate tool is just a way to get in the right ballpark before we talk.
Do I own it?
Yes. The code, the server, the domain, and the data are all yours. We'd like you to stay because the work is good, not because leaving is hard.
